Catherine Khazarian -
Consultant and Coach for Organizational Learning and Change
I create 'spaces' where people feel safe to learn with and from each other in order to grow together.
My clients are organizations and academic institutions in the DACH region that aim to actively position themselves for the future.

What do people need to learn 'well', grow, and co-create?
This question has been at the heart of my work since 2009, when I began working in adult education and teaching English courses for unemployed adults after finishing my studies. Over 15 years later, it remains the driving force behind both my professional journey and my personal growth.
For the past six years, I have been working as a coach and consultant with organizations and academic institutions, creating spaces where people can come together to collaborate and achieve a meaningful impact.
Whether we view learning as personal knowledge acquisition or as a broader process of development and innovation within organizations, one thing is essential: people must feel safe and connected to engage with the unknown.
'Learn to Connect' is rooted in my experience and belief that the synergy of people, culture, and structures holds the power to foster learning on both personal and organizational levels—empowering individuals to grow and thrive in the flow of change.

What drives me, is to ignite the spark of learning and curiosity. Therefore I am committed to designing co-creative work and learning environments that foster inquiry and turning knowledge into action.
To follow an agile learning process means to build a structure that balances flexibility and stability.
Our mental agility, like our physical agility, allows us to stay adaptive and resilient, move with focus, and evolve throughout change.
